Return Policy

As part of our 100% guarantee, all returns are honored up to 30 days of the original purchase date, returned in new/unworn condition and accompanied by a return authorization form.

All returns must be approved by Mountain and Isles. We will not accept a return at our warehouse without a return authorization form.

 
Please e-mail us at contact@mtnandisles.com to be issued a return authorization form, as well as a pre-paid FedEx label. Please note that refunds and size exchanges will not be issued until we receive confirmation from our warehouse that the return has been received. Mountain and Isles will only issue refunds to the same card that the order was purchased with. When the reimbursement appears on credit cards statements is based solely on the card’s conditions, not Mountain and Isles’. We estimate that it will be reflected 7-14 days after the refund has been given. Ability to exchange for sizes, colors, styles, etc is based on availability and is not guaranteed.
